The planned Nov. 14 announcements hinged on a Nov. 1 release of state A through F letter grades, which have not yet been issued, NOLA Public Schools officials said.

District will hold one more meeting, on Thursday. Next month, state-issued grades typically are released.
The district changes its practice of posting and keeping the most serious warnings on its website.
That’s tens of thousands of dollars per school that could have gone toward educational programs and supplies.
The district’s property insurance increased by nearly 50 percent last year.
