Mismanagment

I have been trying to figure out who owns “this property”:http://flickr.com/photos/karenapricot/sets/72157607804935330/ It is an irreplaceable corner store, and I thought perhaps if the owner did not care that it was demolished they may want to sell it.

And that is where the City database becomes an incomprehensible mess. The owner information is incorrect. It seems to be owned by an individual but looking closer it seems that it may be owned by “NORA”:http://www.noraworks.org/

This property should be flagged and investigated.
