After yesterday’s ruling by Judge Martin Feldman in Federal Court it would seem that the bulk of the houses on “the agenda”:http://www.squanderedheritage.com/ncdc-agenda-november-3/ will not be allowed to be heard. But of course there has been no official word by the City as to the suspension or deletion of properties not officially noticed as mandated by the consent decree.

So I will be taking more photos today and adding them to the list.

  1. I spoke to Jared today in S&P and he hasn’t heard about the status of IHT’s which appear on the agenda yet haven’t had proper notice under the consent decree yet. He said some may have to be removed but no word yet from Veronica White nor the City Atty’s assigned to the committee regarding the matter. Thanks for your hard work!

  2. They need to be deferred, deleted, or otherwise not decided. Doing so, and then having them demolished, would be in direct contradiction to the consent decree and the judge’s orders.
