This week on Behind the Lens, James M. Singleton Charter school’s fate, and new guidance for New Orleans public schools during a resurgence of COVID-19.

In criminal justice news, the city attempts maneuvers to avoid constructing the proposed Phase III jail facility, and some in-person court hearings are put on hold.
