No reports on the arrests of witnesses and crime victims, two years after passage of a law requiring them. Council hears about funding for new Entergy substation. And a privately run ICE facility is hit with a complaint for alleged human rights violations.

This week on Behind the Lens, DA’s offices around the state have not been in compliance with a two-year-old law requiring them to report their use of material witness warrants.

Funding details for the proposed new power substation for the Sewerage and Water Board’s pump system are revealed to the New Orleans City Council.

A Louisiana ICE facility was the subject of a complaint filed with the Department of Homeland Security by several civil rights groups for alleged human rights violations.
