UPDATE

This property is only one example of the endless properties which seem to skirt the rules. So it begs the question did “NORA”:http://www.noraworks.org/ actually apply for remediation of a property that states it’s mission is to provide the service to elderly homeowners? I doubt it, NORA would have better things to do like reorganize and polish up a “tarnished reputation”:http://www.squanderedheritage.com/2006/10/13/lisa-mazique-and-the-clio-street-nightmare/ than to “cheat an elderly homeowner out of some much needed help.”:http://www.squanderedheritage.com/2008/07/01/15-million-really/
