  • Have you seen any signs of fresh paint on condemned houses? Looking at the 2008 budget, it appears that that NOAH’s NUCOAT program was allocated close to $3M this year, but over $8M last year. It’s hard to tell exactly what’s what on the city budget, but that under Neighborhood 1. NUROOF looks like it got $1.7M last year, nothing this year. Not sure which, if any, of those lines refer to the remediation. I would assume that if part of NOAH’s budget was under Neighborhood 1, it would all be; but that might be too logical and too transparent.
