We have written about the imminent danger list before. The difficulty in tracking this list is that there are simply too many properties listed to maintain an effective overight.

Today a friend called me and told me about this property

This is imy friends route to work and she has watched this property thru 2 renovations,the first time when the owners aquired the property and the second after the flood.

3519 Washington St

The owners pulled up while we were standing in front of the house. They had been told by the City that there had been a “mix up” and that maybe it was the house across the street that was supposed to be demolished.

The owner was very gracious and showed us her house, which she and her husband have rescued twice.

This is an obvious error but leads one to wonder how many undetected errors are
there?
