Squandered Heritage Vintage

3505-11 Chestnut

Revisiting past approved demolitions.

This one from September 2006

Chestnut Street

APPROVED [5-2] based on hurricane-damaged condition. Touro Hospital shall install decorative metal fence in the front of the lot and wooden fence on the side and rear.

Hard to believe this will be torn down.

Uptown/Touro- Bouligny
3505-11 Chestnut St. Owner Touro Infirmary has applied to demolish this two story wood frame single family residence to be replaced with green space.

Now notice the lack of proposed “green space” and the lack of Iron fence.

They tore this house down to make a Parking Lot.
