Foundation/Southern Coast Environmental, contractor. Seems like this person pops up as the contractor for alot of the properties profiled on Squandered Heritage…
It’s a program by the Reggie White Foundation called Crescent Rising. They’re actually raising funds for demolitions, and demolitions only.

Frankly, from the demos we’ve seen getting this assistance, I am extremely dubious that this is the kind of assistance the city needs. There’s no money for rebuilding on these sites, just for tearing down. These Reggie White people have a crazy-ass, upside-down idea that tearing down historic homes all over the city is somehow “rebuilding.”
