Henry Clay HCDRC voluntary demolition

This house was up on last weeks HCDRC agenda. We have been so busy following the Involuntary demolitions we have had a hard time keeping up.

This one house stood out on the agenda.

1560 Henry Clay

I believe this post is supposed to reference the house at 1560 Henry Clay Avenue which was recently denied a demolition permit. This photo is NOT THAT HOUSE. You can even see the address reads “1343” or “7542” but clearly not “1560.” The real 1560 Henry Clay is not nearly as high-quality a house as this. I really hope this is an isolated, honest mistake and that misinformation like this is not common on this site.

  • Sorry for the error. We will correct it in the next day or so.

it seems you could at least, after so much effort, get the address right. i feel sorry for the people who own this house.

  • Will do today…
