This house is on a great street. I have always enjoyed going down State Street Drive. I would say that this is one of the more modest homes on the block. It still appears to be sturdy. *Down the Side*

*UPDATE: APPROVED* Carrollton 2418 S. Carrollton Ave. Owner Pivach-Perino Realty has applied to demolish this former Canal Villere grocery to be replaced with a Walgreens. I have been told that in order to demolish the Building there needs to be a redevelopment plan in place, I plan on attending the meeting.
