Live webcast: Charles Maldonado discusses NOPD, OPP consent decrees

Thursday night at 7 p.m. CT, WYES-TV will air a documentary examining the consent decrees aimed at reforming the New Orleans Police Department and the Orleans Parish Prison. The show will also explore efforts elsewhere to reduce incarceration rates.
