This year, for the second time, The Lens is partnering with ProPublica’s Electionland, a nationwide coalition of newsrooms that are covering voting problems.

In 2016, Electionland newsrooms went through thousand of tips from a legal call center hotline, as well as thousands of text messages and social media posts.

Using those tips, The Lens reported on a mix-up that delayed voting at a site in Algiers. And we debunked a video from Hammond that purported to show poll workers discussing a machine that had votes on it before anyone had cast a ballot.

We need to know if you see anything that could prevent people from voting — things like long lines, registration problems, purged voter rolls, broken machines, voter intimidation and changed voting locations.
