It’s an informational series unlike any of its kind in New Orleans — a chance for our readers to mingle with the people making news around the city and state.

Breakfast with the Newsmakers is a monthly event presented by The Lens. We host a guest speaker involved in the day’s news, and invite guests to join the interview. All of our Newsmakers events are held at the historic Basin Street Station on the edge of the French Quarter.

The public is invited to a live interview conducted by our award-winning Lens reporters and editors, followed by an audience Q&A.

Each event will be streamed online and stored on The Lens website for readers unable to attend.
