The details of this building are very significant to the period. the “Enrique Alferez”:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enrique_Alf%C3%A9rez details are a real standout.
And the series of murals are breathtaking.
It has the potential to be a magnificent space once again and that is cause for celebration.
