According to the consent decree ANY owner who would like to have their home taken off the demolition has the right to appeal.

This homeowner sent a certified letter to the City and was assured that his home was not in danger of being demolished.

He had left a number of comments on this site asking why his home had been demolished, and today he sent me the timeline of events including his calls to the City and the request that he take more photos and submit them. When he went back to take the photos of the house it was gone.

So much for an appeal.
