APPROVED WITH A REQUEST FOR IRON FENCING ACROSS THE CHESTNUT SIDE

Hard to believe this will be torn down.

3505-11 Chestnut St. Owner Touro Infirmary has applied to demolish this two story wood frame single family residence to be replaced with green space.

Now notice the lack of proposed “green space” and the lack of Iron fence.

They tore this house down to make a Parking Lot.
