The Lens has occasionally offered internships for college students, but we are not doing so now.
Internships are for-credit, and students must be able to get documentation from the university proving that credit will be received. Interns perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Shadowing reporters on assignment
- Attending public meetings, completing live social networking broadcasts
- Editing copy
- Reporting and writing stories
