This property owner wanted to demolish a damaged garage. It should never have been on the agenda because it did not need a commitee vote. This is one of the reasons that the HCDRC needs to have a staff position to make sure the Public is fully informed as to what is going on in their Neighborhoods.

  3. Well, this one is and was an Administrative error. The guy just wanted to knock down his garage and the City told him he had to go trough a review process.
