single-family, late 19th Century or early 20th Century Victorian home
for
$950,000. They plan to deconstruct the existing structure and its shed
and
“replace it with a two story residence that is better sited.â€

contractor. This ranch house will be replaced in the future with a
modular
home but no building plans have been submitted.
