This week on Behind The Lens, jurors return to criminal court in New Orleans after pause due to summons debacle, but concerns remain about how many people with felony convictions were permanently dropped from the parish juror list. A judge has dismissed a lawsuit over a Plaquemines Parish LNG facility and environmental groups are reviewing their options And a new ordinance requires school zone flashing lights to work properly in order to issue tickets to drivers.
