More updates on Greenfield’s proposed $400 million grain silo project, including a side contract to use the site as a borrow pit and new opposition to the company’s land use plan.

A federal judge denied Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson’s request for a non-disclosure agreement that would consent decree data.
