This neighborhood is so isolated, my dad, who was with me; told me that he had never been in this neighborhood in his life and he is 45 years old. The roads are terrible and they looked like the city has never bothered to ever repair them. It is surrounded by highways, industrial type parks; and has that wilderness, out in the middle of nowhere, feeling. I noticed all the imminent danger “pink” notices on the houses; the strange thing is that even thought the houses were in terrible condition they still could be fixed up just as easy as many surrounding neighborhoods, where more restoration and rebuilding activities are going on. I wonder if the city wants this neighborhood cleared so they can bank as much land as they can for something. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but it really does not seem like too crazy of an idea.
