1435 Elysian Fields Ave. — Applicant City of New Orleans Housing Unit
Demolition Task Force has applied for owner Lawrence Raymond to demolish
this altered Italianate single shotgun to be replaced with a single-family
residence of no specific design or type (no redevelopment plans submitted
with the application) .

This house had been on the FEMA section 106 list way back in October and the owner at that time was Rene Norfleet. I dont know the reason it is on the HCDRC agenda eight months later and the reason the owner is different at this time. I will be finding out more about this house in the coming weeks.
