Result: Deferred at January Hearing, Approved on February 6th, 2006.

Owner requested demolition of this double shotgun. Because this hearing was in February, I do not know what the plans are for this parcel after demolition but I did run into the owner’s brother while taking the photo. He asked if I could tell him when the city would demolish this for them and we reviewed the records on Karen’s handy spreadsheet and I could tell him it was approved way back in February. We don’t have a good idea yet of the typical timeline for city demolitions.
