The Lens is looking at the Landrieu administration’s handling of blight in New Orleans. Tuesday, we published our first story, which details how the administration promised to remediate 10,000 properties and later declared victory based on a study that didn’t actually count properties that the city had dealt with.

  1. LANDRIEU MISSION ABORTED, NOT ACCOMPLISHED. If Mitchell’s administration had actually remediated 10,000 blighted properties in this city as of January 2014, we would have had to annex it! Wat is Mitchell on anyway? It ayn’t marijuana. He’s on the expensive stuff!
