I would recommend to the owner to have the house gutted and de-molded for free by this nonprofit http://www.pnola.org and sell the house. It wouldnt cost much to fix that place up and besides it is in quite good condition still not to mention its a classic example of a shotgun single and has the double lot too. It would be a shame to lose such an easily salvagable home in my neighborhood. At least there could be profit on the owners end and give someone a chance to fix this house and return it back into the economy before its gone forever!

    Sincerely,
    Adam Clayton
