This church had two other properties on previous HDLC agenda:1009 North Roman Street and 1907 Saint Phillip Street which were on the April 20 agenda but were pushed to the upcoming May 11 meeting. The demolition application for those two houses was delayed because there was so much on the agenda that those two houses could not even go before the HDLC committee for decision. This would be the third house that Saint Peter Claver has applied to have demolished.
