This house was on the HDLC agenda a couple of HDLC meetings ago, the applicant claimed that the house was in such bad danger that it could collapse any day. Well, it has not collapsed yet ;but, it is unfortunately in terrible condition.
it is good to see my palm trees growing so fast in the last few years…i remember when those were planted ten or eleven yrs ago…now if the current litigation revolving around this property could be cleared up the applicants with the plans for future apts and pools could get on their way…
Your palm trees? Those were there in 1989 when I lived there. Seems like you had an agenda.
