		<description>Fat lot of good it will do for S&amp;W to have a contract to repave open streets when they seem to have such a hard time actually fixing the LEAKS!
There&#039;s been a leak on Fig @ Carrollton for years and they pave over it (must be an existing contract) and the hole comes back. Imagine that.</description>
