The voting locations in New Orleans East and in Algiers were very convenient but the City Hall location was difficult to get to and you had to pay to park. Is it a coincidence that 2 of the 3 locations recieved heavy voter turnout while the City Hall location was abysmal? A conspiracy theorist would say this was orchestrated to keep Lakeview, Mid-City, Uptown & Garden District voters at bay in order to help skew the numbers. And it's worth noting that the OTHER person in that video was identified by the Times-Picayune as Bill Schultz, who is one of Mauberret's chief campaign consultants.
