    But it’s maddening to see 3108-10 still there.

    Bart, why are you glad to see it on the list if it is not in any danger of collapsing? I mean, if it is a historic building should’nt it be gutted instead?

  • I’m glad to see 3126 on the list because it actually IS a health threat. It’s a grocery that hasn’t been cleaned up since the flood. Bit of a rodent problem. If the building is historic, by all means it should be gutted and fixed.
