MID CITY: 3301 Canal demolition of a commercial building (formerly Walgreens) to be replaced with a Whitney Bank and drive thru

HOLLYGROVE: 8911 Forshey – demolition of a single family home to be replaced with a similar structure in 6 or more months. No redevelopment plan has been provided.

BYWATER NORTH: 6004 N. Roman – demolition of a slab-on-grade single family home to be replaced with a 3 bedroom house. No redevelopment plan has been provided. GONE
