    The owners might not appeal but that would not necessarily be a good thing. Because all of their properties are section 8, they have said that if they renovate rather than demolish they will remove all of the wood windows and install vinyl. Same for the wood siding – vinyl. They want 3 bedrromms on each side of the double to accommodate renters – so 6 bedrooms total in the house. We asked if they are willing to sell and they said no.
